Shree Durge Transline

Shree Durge Transline is based at 14B Karelibaug, specifically in the Vallabhnagar Society. We are right opposite the mental hospital, which is how most people find our office. It’s a practical location for a transport business because we have enough space for the paperwork and for the drivers to stop in. We’ve been moving goods across the region for quite a while now. It’s not an easy job. There are always issues with traffic, weather, or the trucks themselves. My desk is usually covered in logbooks and delivery receipts. We don’t have a fancy corporate office with air conditioning in every room. It’s a functional space where we talk to drivers and figure out the best routes. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook with people asking where their shipment is. We just give them the honest update we have from the road. We don't use any high-tech tracking systems; it's mostly just phone calls and knowing the drivers well. The neighborhood is a mix of residential and business, so we try to keep the noise down, but trucks are loud by nature. I spend a lot of time drinking tea and waiting for the next truck to check in. It’s a life on the move even if I’m the one sitting in the office. We just focus on getting things from one place to another without a lot of fuss.
