Sheel Engineering Services

Sheel Engineering Services is tucked away in Makarpura on Moghul Lane, right at 875/8. It’s an older part of the industrial area, so the roads can be a bit bumpy. Our unit isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to do our daily tasks. We have a lot of metal scraps in bins near the door and the smell of cooling oil is pretty constant. The lighting inside is okay, though we added some extra lamps over the workbenches last year. It’s a small team here, and we’ve all been doing this sort of work for most of our lives. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to see who it is. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and checking specs on the parts we’re making. It requires a lot of focus, so it stays fairly quiet except for the sound of the lathes and grinders. We take our breaks together out front when the weather is nice. Moghul Lane gets some truck traffic in the afternoons, which can make it hard to hear for a minute. We keep the paperwork in a metal cabinet that’s seen better days, but it holds everything fine. It’s a straightforward operation. We just come in, do the engineering work that’s expected of us, and make sure the place is tidy before we leave.
