M M Engineering

You can find M M Engineering over on Erda Road, specifically at 967-5 in the Gidc Estate. It’s a typical engineering workshop. We have a lot of tools, some old machines, and plenty of grease around. The air usually smells like engine oil and metal shavings, which is just how an engineering place should be. We are right on Erda Road, so we get a lot of noise from the trucks passing by. Our team is small, mostly guys who know how to handle a wrench and a lathe. We don’t spend much time in the office because the real work is out on the floor. It’s often quite messy, with parts scattered around and projects at different stages of being finished. We don’t really mind the mess as long as we know where everything is. The Gidc Estate is a busy place to be, and there is always someone nearby who can help out if a machine breaks down or if we need a specific part. It’s a community of makers and fixers. We just take in the jobs that come our way and try to do a decent job of it. It’s not about being the biggest or the fanciest; it’s just about being reliable and getting the engineering work done correctly. Most of our days are spent fixing things and making sure the parts fit just right before they go out.
