You can find us at 202, Vraj Apartment, right near the Race Course Circle in Vadodara. We are right by the Marble Arch building, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always busy with people heading to work or the nearby shops. As an HR consultancy, our office is basically a hub of activity involving people looking for jobs. There is always a printer humming in the background and someone typing away on a keyboard. We don’t have any fancy decor or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a practical space with desks, filing cabinets, and a few chairs for visitors. The Race Course area is central, so it’s easy for people to reach us, which means we get a lot of walk-ins. We spend a lot of time reading through applications and trying to figure out where people might fit in the local job market. It can be a bit repetitive, sorting through hundreds of names, but it’s what we do. Sometimes we have tea breaks where we just talk about the weather or the traffic outside. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to filing records. We just try to keep things moving and help out whoever walks through the door looking for a new start.
