Seema Trading Co

Seema Trading Co is tucked away in Karelibaug, specifically at E 202 in Sheetal Apartment. If you know the area, we are right behind the Utkarsh Petrol Pump in Prakash Nagar. It’s more of a residential spot than a big commercial hub, which we actually like because it stays a little quieter. Running a trading business from an apartment means we have to be very organized with our space. Every room has a purpose, mostly for storing files and samples of the products we deal with. My desk is near the window, and I can see the cars pulling into the petrol pump all day long. It’s not a place where we have a lot of walk-in customers; mostly it’s just us on the phone or responding to emails. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep if you’re carrying a heavy load, so we try to keep the bulkier stuff elsewhere. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters, and that’s fine by us. We’ve been here in Sheetal Apartment for quite a few years now and know all the neighbors. Sometimes we have a quick lunch at the small place down the street and then get back to work. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us making sure the orders are placed and the deliveries are on schedule. No big secrets, just a lot of lists and phone calls.
