Mayur Bearing Center

We are set up in the Amul Building, right on Leheripura New Road. This area is part of the Ajwa Road stretch, specifically near the Kamrej Char Rasta. It is a very busy intersection, so there is always the constant sound of horns and engines outside the door. Our shop is full of bearings of all different sizes. They are stacked in boxes and on shelves from the floor all the way to the ceiling. It smells like grease and cold metal in here, which is just how a bearing shop should smell. We spend the day looking up part numbers and helping people find exactly what they need for their specific machines. The Amul Building is a well-known spot in this part of town. We have been here long enough that we do not really notice the noise from the Char Rasta anymore. It is just part of the background of our day. The shop is small and we have made use of every single inch of space we have. We keep a small desk in the front where we handle the cash and the paper receipts. There is usually a bit of dust on the boxes, but the parts inside are perfectly fine. We are not interested in being some big corporate chain. We just like running our own place and knowing the regulars who come in. Sometimes the traffic at the intersection makes it hard for the deliveries to get through, but we manage somehow. It is a straightforward business for us.
