Our place is out in Maneja, right near Makkapura. We're situated directly opposite the ABB plant. It’s a major industrial area in this part of town, so there are always heavy trucks and tankers coming and going throughout the day. We’ve been at this specific site for quite some time now. The building itself is pretty large, and we have a lot of different people working here every single day. It’s mostly about keeping the lines running and making sure the bearings get packaged and sent out on time. The noise inside the facility can get a bit loud, but you honestly get used to it after a few weeks. We have a small canteen where everyone goes to grab their tea and lunch during the breaks. It’s a bit of a long walk from the main gate to the actual office area where the paperwork happens. We don’t really deal with individual walk-in customers very much, as it’s mostly large shipments for other companies. The security guys at the gate are pretty strict about checking everyone who comes in. We spend a lot of our time on the floor checking the stock and the machines. It’s not like those fancy corporate offices you see in the city center. We deal with grease and metal pretty much all day long. The weather in Vadodara gets really hot in the summer, so those months are quite tough. We just keep the big fans going.
