Se Forge Ltd (Suzlon)

Se Forge Ltd is part of the Suzlon group, and our local office is over at Manibhai Park Society. We are located at Ii/3 on Ajwa Road in Baroda. It is a bit of an interesting setup because we are an industrial-type company but our office is right there in a society. You can hear the traffic from Ajwa Road all day long, which is just part of being in this part of the city. We deal with a lot of heavy stuff, mostly related to forging and wind energy components. The office isn't very large, so things can feel a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We have engineers and office staff all mixed together. There is always a lot of technical talk going on about parts and schedules. Baroda is a good place for this kind of work because there are so many other factories and shops nearby. We don't really spend money on fancy decorations. The walls are mostly covered with charts and maps. Our day usually starts early before the heat gets too bad. We have a tea guy who comes by twice a day, and that is usually when we take our only real breaks. It is a steady environment where we just focus on the technical details of the forging business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny building; we just want to get the engineering work done correctly.
