We are based out of E-16/17/18 in the Gidc Savli area, specifically in Manjusar village near Vadodara. It’s a bit of a trek out here, but this is where the work happens for R-b Filter Mfg Ent Pvt. Ltd. The industrial zone is quite large, and we occupy a few units here. It's mostly industrial sounds all day—clanging metal, trucks reversing, and the hum of big machines. The air usually smells like dust and metal. We’ve been here in Gujarat for quite some time. The people working here mostly live in the nearby villages or commute from Vadodara city. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time on the factory floor making sure everything is aligned. The office part of the building is small and mostly filled with files and old calendars. We drink a lot of tea to stay going, especially when the afternoon heat hits the metal roof. There’s a lot of coordination involved in what we do, but we talk to each other plainly. No fancy titles or long emails, just shouting across the floor or walking over to someone's desk. Manjusar is a quiet village otherwise, but the Gidc keeps things moving. We handle our deliveries and keep our heads down. It’s a straightforward life here at the plant. We just focus on the filters and the deadlines. The gravel road outside gets noisy when the delivery trucks pull in, but that's just part of the daily routine for us.
