Our main office is located at Plot No. 704-705 within the V. C. C. I. Complex at the Gidc Ind. Estate. It’s a pretty large space since we’ve got two plots combined into one unit. Parth Projects Construction Pvt. Ltd. has been operating here for quite a while. Usually, there are big blueprints spread out over the tables and some dusty hard hats sitting on the metal shelves. It’s a construction-minded place, so things can look a bit messy with all the plans and material samples lying around on the floor. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site drawings under the desk lamps. The V. C. C. I. Complex is a well-known local landmark, so it’s easy for people to find us without much trouble. We have a small kettle for making tea, and that’s about as fancy as our amenities get. Most of the staff are out at the actual sites during the day, so the office stays relatively quiet until the late evening. Then everyone comes back and there’s a lot of loud talking about how the projects are moving along. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write glossy brochures for us. We just write down what needs to be done and try our best to stay on schedule. Working from Plot No. 704-705 keeps us close to the heart of the industrial activity in the estate. It's just how we do things.
