Ravi Industries

Ravi Industries is located at 163 in the G.I.D.C. Makarpura area. If you know Baroda, you know how busy Makarpura can get with all the factories. We have a decent-sized shed here where we do our production. It is an old industrial area, so the buildings have some character, or at least that is what I tell myself. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or dust, which is part of the job. We have a few machines that have been with us since the start. They are reliable, even if they are not the newest models. We do not have a dedicated sales team or anyone to answer the phones constantly. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us has to wipe our hands and go pick it up. It is just how we operate. We have been in this spot for years and the neighbors are all the same kind of people. We help each other out if a machine breaks or if someone needs a specific tool. It is a community of makers. We do not put much stock in fancy branding or high-end offices. We would rather spend that money on better materials or fixing the roof when it leaks. It is just a normal factory life for us. We come in, do the work, and go home. Every day we just try to get the orders out on time.
