Fil Sep Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 19 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. It’s one of the older spots around here, and we’ve made it our own over the years. The layout of the place is all about function. We don’t have much room for anything that isn't useful. You won't find any slick logos or corporate art on the walls. We’re more likely to have a calendar from three years ago and a bunch of clipboards. It’s a real working environment. We’ve got a small crew, and everyone knows their part. We don't have long meetings or big presentations. We just talk about what needs doing over a cup of tea and then get to it. Sometimes the yard gets a bit crowded with equipment, but we manage to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to do work that we can stand behind. Being in the Gidc means we’re surrounded by people who understand the daily grind. We like that. It’s a no-nonsense kind of life. We’ve been at Plot 19 for a while, and we plan to stay. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours. We show up, we work hard, and we do it again the next day. It’s what keeps us going. We just keep our focus on the daily grind.
