Our office is in Vadodara, right opposite the Pailal Amin Hall. It’s a well-known spot, so most drivers don't have a hard time finding us. We are in the transport business, which mostly involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of where the trucks are at any given hour. We handle goods moving across the roads, and there is always something to worry about, like flat tires or delays at the state borders. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of logbooks. We don’t have fancy software for everything, so we still rely on a lot of notes and talking to the drivers directly. It’s a bit of a rough-and-tumble business, but it’s what we know. We spend our mornings checking which loads have been delivered and what needs to be picked up next. It gets pretty dusty with the road right there, and the tea stall nearby is where we spend a lot of our breaks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the trucks moving and the customers from calling us to complain about delays. It’s a lot of work and the phone never really stops ringing, even late in the evening. We just take things as they come and try to keep the wheels turning here in Vadodara.
