Roman Fabricators

If you walk down Yamuna Mill Road in Pratap Nagar, you will find us in Shanker Estate. We are right across from the big gas holder, which is hard to miss. Our shop, Roman Fabricators, is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a place filled with the smell of burning metal and the sound of hammers. We take on all sorts of fabrication jobs that people bring to us. Sometimes it is a gate for a house, other times it is a rack for a shop. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us and our welding sets. The floor is concrete and usually pretty messy with offcuts and welding rods. We try to keep it organized so we don't trip over things, but work happens fast. My brother and I have been doing this for years. We learned the trade by doing it, not from a book. It’s honest work that leaves you tired at the end of the day. The estate is a bit old, but it suits us just fine. We have a few regular customers who know where to find us when something needs fixing or building. We don't talk much about visions or anything. We just take the metal, cut it, weld it, and make sure it’s what the customer asked for. That is pretty much the whole story of this place. We hope the noise doesn't bother the neighbors too much.
