We are located over at Race Course Tower, specifically in units 304, 305, and 306. It’s a well-known spot in the Race Course area. Our work revolves around dyes and intermediates, which is a bit technical but we’ve been at it for a long time. The office isn't just one room; we had to take up three units to fit everyone and all the paperwork that comes with this kind of business. It’s usually a bit of a buzz in here with phones ringing and people coordinating shipments. We don't really do the flashy corporate thing. Most of us have been here for years, so it feels more like a group of colleagues just getting through the week. The view of the race course is okay, though we usually have our heads down working. Dealing with dyes involves a lot of logistics and making sure the chemicals are handled right, even from an administrative side. We have our routine and it works for us. It’s not always perfectly quiet, as there’s always someone coming in or out with a question or a delivery. We try to keep things moving smoothly. It’s a practical setup for the type of trade we are in. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, but that's just part of being in an older tower. We just focus on getting the orders right and keeping the business steady without any unnecessary drama. On race days, the whole area gets incredibly crowded, and we can hear the crowds from our windows.
