Kabra Colours Pvt Ltd is over at 243 Ambawadi in the Ekalbara part of Padra. We have been here for a long time, working with different dyes and colors. If you walk into our place, you will see that the floor and even some of the walls have picked up stains over the years. It is just part of the job when you handle pigments all day. It is a bit messy, but it shows we are actually working. The area is mostly industrial but with a village feel nearby. We are not a massive corporation with a lot of rules. We just have a small group of workers who know how to mix things properly. We spend a lot of time checking the shades to make sure they are what the customer asked for. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get it exactly right. We don't have a big breakroom, so we usually just sit outside on some stools when it is time for lunch. The sun can be quite strong here, but we have some trees near the entrance that give a little shade. We don't do any big sales pitches or anything like that. We just provide the colors people need for their products. It is simple, honest work, and we have been doing it this way for as long as I can remember. Sometimes the shipments of raw powder are late, but we just adjust our schedule and keep going. It keeps us on our toes.
