We operate out of Vasna Road, specifically at Modi Estate. We’re in units 20 and 21 near the Isanpur Cross Road and Isanpur Char Rasta. It’s a bit of an industrial area, which is necessary for the kind of work we do with intermediates. The estate has a lot of trucks moving in and out all the time. It can be quite dusty and loud during the day. Our space is mostly taken up by equipment and storage containers. We have a small office area for the paperwork side of things, which always seems to be piling up. The Isanpur area is a busy hub, so getting things shipped out isn't too hard. We have a small crew here. Most of us have been doing this for years. It's hard work, and the days can be long. We aren't really set up for visitors, it's more of a functional workspace. Sometimes the smell of the materials is quite strong, but you stop noticing it after a while. We just focus on meeting our schedules. It’s a practical business in a practical part of town. We just keep the machines running and the orders moving along. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch or wait for a late shipment to arrive. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up during our breaks. It is a no-nonsense kind of place, and we just keep our heads down and work through the list.
