Recruitiq Inc

Recruitiq Inc is based in Baroda, specifically at 13 Ishwer Park. We are situated right behind Vijaynagar in the Tarsali area. It’s a quiet enough spot for a Gujarat-based business. The office is basically just a house in the Ishwer Park residential society. We’ve set up our desks in the main rooms. It’s a bit different from working in a big commercial tower, but we prefer it this way. Tarsali is a bit away from the main city center, so it’s not as noisy. We spend our time here doing recruitment work, which involves a lot of talking to people and checking through documents. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids are playing outside, and you can hear them while you’re on a call. We don't have a big HR department or a lobby with a receptionist. When someone comes by, one of us just gets up to open the door. The office is filled with folders and stacks of paper because we haven't gone completely digital yet. It gets quite hot in Baroda during the summer, so we usually have the AC running most of the day. We aren't a big, fancy corporation with a lot of rules. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home. It’s a very simple and honest way to run a business. We’ve been in this part of Baroda for a while now and it feels like the right place for us.
