Ratan Associates

Ratan Associates is based at Plot No.- 158/9, Vaikunth- 2, right on VIP Road. Being on the main road makes it easy for people to spot us, though the traffic noise can get a bit much during the rush hour. The plot itself is a decent size and we’ve set up our workspace to be as practical as possible. We don’t have many decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a map of the local developments. Mostly, we are busy with the daily grind of managing property inquiries. People stop by on their way home from work to ask about prices or to see if anything new has come up on the market. We spend a lot of time on the phone, as you’d expect. The weather gets pretty dusty out here on VIP Road, so we are always cleaning the windows and the desks. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just the basics to keep our records in order. Sometimes the neighbors from Vaikunth- 2 drop in just to say hello or ask for a bit of advice on their own plots. We’ve become a bit of a fixture in this little section of the road. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where we try to stay organized and help out whoever walks through the door to talk about land or houses.
