If you are looking for Rangam Consultants, we are over at A-31 Matrusmruti Society in Vadodara. It’s right opposite Gauravpark and just behind Utkarsh School. It’s a nice residential neighborhood in Diwalipura. The office is basically part of a house, so it feels very comfortable and not at all like a cold corporate environment. We can hear the school activities next door, which keeps things lively. Our work is mostly consulting, helping people figure out their next steps in their careers. The desks are spread out in what used to be a living area. We have a few cupboards full of files and a small area where people can sit and wait. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a website with flashy graphics or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing where we are and what we do. Diwalipura is a good area to work in because it's easy to get to, but it still feels like a community. We’ve been in Matrusmruti Soc for a long time. The office is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We usually have lunch together and talk about things other than work. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We just get through the daily tasks and try to do a good job for the folks who visit us. We have been here for years and hope to stay.
