We've been here in Pratap Nagar for a good while now. It’s mostly just us handling the stainless steel stuff every day. The workshop gets pretty loud once the machines start up in the morning, but that’s just how it is. Sometimes it’s a bit of a mess with all the scraps on the floor, but we get things sorted out eventually. People around here know where to find us. We don't really do much fancy talk. We just take the metal, cut it, or whatever needs doing, and try to get it out the door. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is hitting the roof, but we’re used to it. The team is small, just a few of us who’ve been doing this for years. We know the machines pretty well by now. If one of them breaks, we usually just fix it ourselves and keep going. There’s always a lot of clanging and banging, but that’s the sound of work getting done. We don’t have a big office or anything, just the desk in the corner where we keep the papers. It’s a simple setup. Most days are the same, just keeping up with the orders that come in from the local area. We try to be fair with people and just do what we said we would. That’s about it for us here, just trying to keep the machines running and the floor swept when we have a minute.
