Rajputana Stainless Ltd. is based in the Martand Complex. We are right near the old Apsara Cinema on Pratap Nagar Road. It is an area that most locals know well. Our office and storage are where we keep all the stainless steel supplies for our customers. The building is older and has that solid, heavy feel to it. We deal with pipes, sheets, and all sorts of metal fittings every day. It is not a very pretty business, but it is necessary for construction. The sound of metal clanging is something we are completely used to by now. We spend our mornings checking inventory and talking to suppliers on the phone. The Pratap Nagar Road can get very congested, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. Our office has a few desks and a lot of catalogs showing different grades of steel. It is a bit of a maze with all the racks in the back. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees and fancy meetings. We are just a local team that knows metal. People come to us because they need something specific for their construction or manufacturing work. We don't use much fancy language; we just tell you what we have in stock and what the price is today. Sometimes we share a laugh with the delivery drivers while they load up the trucks. It is a straightforward operation and we like keeping it that way for everyone involved.
