Out here in the Makarpura GIDC area, things are mostly about industry and making things. Our workshop at 496/3 is usually full of the sound of machines running and metal clanking. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy of it. We’ve been part of this industrial estate for a long time, watching how the different sectors grow and change. Most days, we’re covered in a bit of grease or dust by the time lunch rolls around. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning that works perfectly; we mostly just rely on the big industrial fans to move the air. It’s honest work, and we take it one day at a time. The guys on the floor know their way around the equipment, and we don't need a lot of supervision to get things moving. We deal with a lot of local clients who just need something fixed or built to a specific size. Sometimes we run out of tea leaves or the water cooler goes empty, and those are the real problems of the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that stays in its lane. The gates stay open most of the day because there’s always a truck coming or going. It’s a rough and tumble kind of place, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep the gears turning and handle whatever comes through the gate.
