Our office is at 71-A in Shakti Park Society, which is right off Sama Road here in Vadodara. It's a residential area, so it feels quite calm during the day. We have turned this space into a workplace for our resource management tasks. There’s a small gate at the front and a bit of a garden area that we probably should take better care of. Inside, there are several desks crammed into the main room. We spend most of our time on computers, managing data and talking to people about staffing. It’s a busy environment even if it looks quiet from the street. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors all know us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how it is. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees; we are just a dedicated team doing our thing. People send us their details and we try to find them a spot in the local companies. The traffic on Sama Road can be a bit much during rush hour, but once you get inside the society, it’s fine. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the afternoon. It’s honest work and we like being part of the community here in Sama. Nothing fancy, just a bunch of people working hard in a converted house. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
