Pyramid Spaces

We are located at number 5, Mangla Park. If you know where the HDFC Bank is on VIP Road in Karelibaugh, we are just behind it. This is Baroda, or Vadodara as some call it. We work on space and property stuff. People walk in to ask about houses or plots quite often. Our office is simple. We have a few chairs and a large table where we spread out the maps and plans. The neighborhood is nice and there’s a lot of greenery around Mangla Park. We aren’t a big fancy real estate firm with billboards everywhere. We just operate out of this small office. Sometimes the bank gets really crowded and the traffic spills over to our street. We’ve been here for several years now. Most of our visitors are locals from the Karelibaugh area. We spend time talking to people about what they need. It’s a lot of listening. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have a good fan. We keep our records in old-fashioned files mostly. It feels more reliable that way. We don't have a big marketing team. People just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign behind the bank. It's a decent way to work and we like the people we meet. We just keep track of the available spaces in the city.
