Placement Service, Baroda

Our placement service in Baroda is based at 64 Ramkrishna Society. This is near Lal Baugh, right on the Manjalpur Road by the Manjalpur Naka. Being in a residential society means the office feels very different from those big buildings in the city center. It’s basically a converted house where we’ve set up some desks and filing cabinets. We don't have any flashy signs or posters, just a small nameplate so people know they have the right place. The Manjalpur area is quite nice and has a lot of local character. We spend our days talking to people who are looking for work and trying to match them with the right roles. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we’ve got a good system going. The office is usually quiet, except for when we have a few people coming in for interviews. We have a little kitchen area where we make tea for ourselves and sometimes for the people who visit. The society is peaceful, and there are usually some kids playing outside or neighbors chatting. It’s an honest, small-scale business. We don't try to sound like a massive corporation because we aren't one. We are just a few people in a house in Baroda helping other people find jobs. The 64 Ramkrishna Society address is where you can usually find us from Monday to Saturday.
