Our office is on the second floor of Nakshatra Heights, right across from Sama Pond on the Sama Savli Road. It's a pretty busy part of Baroda. You can see the water from some of the windows if you look out. Inside, it’s just a normal office with a few cabins and a waiting area. We spend our days talking to people who want a new job. They bring in their CVs and we see where they might fit in. Some people are just starting out and others have been working for years. It's a lot of emails and phone calls. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. The area has grown a lot lately with new shops popping up. We’ve seen many changes around Sama Pond over the years. We stay busy with the local companies who need staff. It’s not always a perfect process, but we do what we can. Most of us here have lived in Baroda our whole lives. We know the roads and the neighborhoods well. When someone gets a job, it makes the day feel a bit better. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. Just a few desks, some chairs, and a bunch of people trying to help other people find work. That’s what happens at A-203 every day. We just keep moving forward.
