Ph Joshi & Associate

Ph Joshi & Associate is based at Plot No.E-43 in Sector-5 of the G.H.B. Colony. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually much quieter than the main roads in town. We like it that way because we can actually hear ourselves think. The office is basically part of the building where we’ve been for many years. There’s a small garden area out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually grow back fast during the monsoon. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and shelves full of thick folders. We’ve been working as associates for a long time, dealing with various local matters for the people around here. Neighbors from the colony often stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question while they are out for a walk. We don't have a big corporate sign outside, just a simple nameplate by the gate. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we bought things one by one as we needed them over the years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing up reports on the old keyboards. It can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through. You can hear the kids playing in the street nearby most evenings. It’s a very local feel here. We know the history of most of the plots around us in Sector-5.
