Ajay Kava & Associates

We are located on the sixth floor of Dwarkesh Complex, right there on Prof Manekrao Road in Alkapuri. Being at 603 means we get a decent view of the area, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. Ajay Kava & Associates isn’t some massive firm with hundreds of employees, we’re a small team that handles stuff directly. The Welcome Hotel is right nearby, so that’s usually the landmark I give people when they get lost looking for us. Panorama Complex is just across the way too. It gets pretty hectic around here, especially during the middle of the week when everyone is trying to finish their business before the weekend. We have been in Alkapuri for a while and have seen the street change quite a bit over the years. Our office is functional, nothing too stylish, just desks, computers, and a lot of files that need attention. We don't use fancy talk or try to impress people with big words. We just tell you what the situation is and what needs to happen next. It’s a lot of sitting and going through documents, making sure every detail is correct. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just part of the job. Most of our clients come to us because they want someone who actually listens and doesn’t just treat them like a number in a system when they need advice.
