Our group is based in the Subhanpura area, right inside Shreeji Society near Madhur Milan Society. We’ve been at number 58 for a long time now. It’s one of those older houses that’s been turned into a working space. It’s not a fancy setup with a big sign out front. We prefer it that way because it keeps things feeling like a community. The office is usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and the rustling of old files. We have several associates who come in and out throughout the day. We don't have a formal reception area, so you just kind of walk in and someone will look up from their desk to help you out. It’s very informal. We know the postman and the neighbors quite well. Sometimes we sit out on the small porch to discuss things when the weather is decent. The work we do involves a lot of checking and double-checking, so it stays pretty quiet inside. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm around; we just want to do right by the people who come to us. We’ve seen Subhanpura grow and change so much over the decades, but our little corner of Shreeji Society stays pretty much the same. We share our tea and snacks and just keep working through the afternoon until it’s time to head home. It is a simple way to run an office.
