Navnit Shah & Co

Our place, Navnit Shah & Co, is located at C 201 in the Sayajigunj area. It’s near the 4 Bungalows and J P Road, and we are right opposite M S University. Being near the university means there are always students around, which keeps the energy high in the neighborhood. Even though the address mentions Andheri West, we are firmly planted here in this spot. The office is on the second floor, so we have a bit of a view of the trees across the street. The building is one of those older structures with wide staircases. I usually walk up instead of waiting for the lift because it's faster. Inside, it’s a bit of a mess sometimes. We have piles of books and ledgers on almost every flat surface. Navnit Shah has a specific way of doing things, so we try to keep up with that. The windows are large, but they are a bit stiff to open. Sometimes the breeze from J P Road is nice, but other times it just brings in the exhaust from the passing buses. We’ve been here for quite some time, so we know the local shopkeepers and the tea seller quite well. It’s a comfortable routine. We start early, have our lunch, and work until the sun starts to go down. It’s not a fancy corporate lifestyle, just honest work in a familiar building near the university.
