You can find us at unit 8 in the Maruti Complex, right near Channi Naka. We are quite close to the Someshwar Temple, so we hear the bells and see the crowds on festival days. Being at Chhani Jakat Naka means there is always something going on outside our windows. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few chairs for whoever walks in to talk about their money or loans. We’ve been at TP 13 on Chani Road for a while now. Patil and Sahani started this because there was a need for it in the neighborhood. It isn't a high-rise corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a place where we sit down with people and look over their papers. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy in the heat, and the tea guy from around the corner is a regular visitor. We spend a lot of time checking numbers and making sure everything is filled out right. It can be tedious work, but it’s what we do. The traffic at the Naka gets backed up in the evenings, which is usually when we start packing up for the day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a small local spot where we try to help out with the financial side of things for the people living nearby.
