You can find us on the ground floor of Vishwam Complex on Vasna Road. We are specifically on Road Number Four. Being near the Dharnidhar Cross Road makes us pretty easy to spot. The ground floor location is good for people who don't want to deal with stairs or elevators. It’s a busy branch. There are always people coming in to deposit money or ask about their accounts. We have a row of counters and some seating. The floor is made of white tiles that we try to keep clean, though it’s hard with all the foot traffic. Outside, the road is always packed with scooters and cars. The noise of the intersection is something you just get used to after a while. We have a small staff room in the back where we take our breaks. We know many of the families who live around Vasna Road. They’ve been banking with us for a long time. We don't use any of that complex financial jargon. We just talk to people like neighbors. It’s a practical place for doing your daily business. Sometimes the lines get a bit long, but we do what we can to keep things moving. We’ve been a fixture in Vishwam Complex for years.
