Pace Housing Finance is located at G/3 in the Bela Chamber. This is in the Dhandari Kalan area of Vadodara. If you are trying to find us, we are right opposite the M C High School. It gets pretty busy around here, especially when the school day ends and the kids are heading home. Our office is on the ground floor, so it’s easy for people to just walk in and talk to us. We’ve been handling housing finance from this location for some time. The office itself is quite modest. We have a few chairs for visitors and a couple of desks. We don’t have any high-tech gadgets or fancy software displays. It’s mostly just us, our calculators, and plenty of paperwork. We try to keep things as straightforward as we can because we know that finance can be a headache for most people. We aren't like one of those big banks with the marble floors and glass walls. It’s just a normal room in an older building. We know many of the people who live and work in the neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes off and we just have to wait for it to come back on. We handle the applications and spend a lot of time checking the details. We don’t have any slick sales pitches. We just go through the numbers and see what is possible. It is a very practical way to run a small finance office.
