Nifa

We are located up on the 7th floor in Sayajigun. Most people know us as the National Institute of Finance and Accounts, but we just go by Nifa. Being on the 7th floor means we spend a lot of time waiting for the lift or looking out the windows at the city below. It is a lot of numbers and books here. We have students coming in and out all day for the classes. Some are just starting out and others are trying to learn more about taxes or accounting for their jobs. It is a quiet place for the most part, except when the classes let out and everyone is talking in the hallway. We have a small staff who handles the admissions and the books. It is not a huge corporate school. It feels more like a local learning center where people actually know each other's names. We spend our days updating the ledgers and making sure the computers are working. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the heat, but we get by. We have some tea, talk about the latest financial news, and help the students with their forms. It is steady work in a good part of town. We have been in this building for quite a while now and we have seen Sayajigun change a lot from up here. It is just our corner of the world where we teach what we know.
