Parit Consultant (Placement Division)

Parit Consultant’s placement division is located in Baroda, at A 411/412 in Somnath Nagar. We are really close to Uma Vidhyalaya, so we hear the school bell ring every day and the kids playing during their breaks. The Tarsali area is a good place to be, and our office is right in the thick of it. We spend our days looking through applications and trying to match people with the right jobs. It’s a busy office, but not in a corporate way. It’s more like a busy kitchen where everyone is doing something different. We have two units, 411 and 412, so there’s a bit of space, but it still gets filled up with filing cabinets and desks pretty quickly. The building is pretty standard for this part of Baroda. Nothing really stands out from the outside. We have a small sign so people can find us. It’s a lot of phone calls and typing. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full speed. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have lists of companies and names of people looking for work. It’s honest work, and we like being in the Tarsali-09 area. It’s a practical setup for what we do. People drop in with their resumes and we have a chat. That is really about all there is to it.
