We have been here at A3 Sandalwood for a while now. Pratapgunj is a quiet spot in Vadodara, and it suits how we work. Most days, you’ll just find me or a couple of others handling things from this flat. It isn't a big office with fancy signs or anything. We mostly deal with people nearby or folks who have known us for years. Being in Gujarat, especially a place like Vadodara, feels right because things move at a steady pace. It's just a regular setup where we try to get the daily tasks done without much fuss. Sometimes the internet acts up or the afternoon heat gets a bit much, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the lights on and doing the work that comes our way. If you happen to be walking past Pratapgunj, you might see the building. It’s number 22. We’ve got a few desks and some old files stacked up. It is mostly quiet work here. No big meetings or corporate talk. Just honest effort every day. That is really all there is to it. We keep things simple. We don't have a big team or a lot of equipment. Just enough to stay busy and helpful to those who need what we do. It’s been this way for a few years and we don't plan on changing it much. Just local folks doing local things and trying to enjoy the process of work.
