Paragon Organics

Paragon Organics is located at Umaraya, off New Sama Road 2. The area has changed a lot since we first started, with more buildings coming up nearby. We have a space here where we manage our organic chemical products. It’s a combination of a small office and a storage area. We aren't a massive chemical plant; it’s more of a focused operation. We spend our days checking on stocks, talking to suppliers, and making sure the deliveries are on time. The New Sama Road area is pretty convenient for us because it's well-connected. Our office isn't very large. It’s filled with samples, ledgers, and the usual things you’d find in a small business. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. If a shipment arrives, we all help out. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We don't really do any formal marketing. We just talk to people and let them know what we have available. Sometimes we spend hours just organizing the shelves to make sure everything is where it should be. It’s a modest way to run a business. We like the independence of it. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. That’s how it’s been for us at Paragon Organics for years now. We plan to stay right here.
