Pandya Associates

This is the team at Pandya Associates. Our office is tucked away in the Kailash Complex at 203 Productivity Road. We’re on the 2nd Cross, specifically 10th A Main. Most people just look for the Mahadev Temple nearby to find their way here. It’s a nice enough building, though the elevator can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We’ve been in this complex for a while now and have gotten to know the other tenants pretty well. It’s a mix of different businesses, which makes it an interesting place to work. We focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things organized. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We prefer a more relaxed pace where we can actually talk to people. There are a few of us in the office most days, handling phone calls and sorting through paperwork. We don’t have a big reception area or anything fancy. Just some chairs and a table with some old magazines. We like being close to the temple because it’s a good landmark for clients. Often, we’ll grab tea from the stall around the corner while we discuss what needs to happen next. We’re just local people trying to provide a steady service to whoever needs us. We don’t make big promises, we just do what we can every day. It’s a straightforward way to work, and it suits us just fine.
