Pacific Steel & Alloys

Pacific Steel & Alloys is based out of Shree Hari Appartments, No. 2, on Lakkad Pitha, over by Madan Zampa Road. It’s a bit of an interesting spot for a steel business, being in an apartment building setup, but it’s where we’ve set up our main point of operations. We deal with various alloys and steel products. Most of our work involves coordinating shipments and making sure the right materials get to the right people. Madan Zampa Road is always bustling, which keeps us on our toes. We don't have a giant warehouse right here; it’s more about the trading and management side of the steel business. The office is small and usually filled with samples and papers. We’ve been around for a while, so we’ve seen the market go up and down. We don't use any fancy software to manage things, just some old notebooks and a basic computer. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business. We talk to our customers directly and try to help them find what they need. There’s no corporate talk here, just plain conversation about steel grades and delivery dates. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business in a busy part of the city. We’ve learned that being honest about what we have is better than making things sound better than they are.
