Instead of having a sales team to hunt for customers, we rely on people just knowing where we are here at Nirma Steel. You’ll find us at Plot No. 05 within the Yamuna Mill complex, which is also known as the City Complex, on Dabhoi Road. This area of Pratap Nagar is quite industrial. We deal with steel, so there is a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around with cranes and trucks. It’s not a clean job; our hands are usually stained by the end of the shift. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years now. The warehouse is large and can get quite cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. We keep various types of steel sections and plates in stock. Most people just come to us when they need materials for a project. It’s a very practical environment. We have a small office tucked away in one corner of the plot where we handle the billing and the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several trucks arrive at once, but we manage to get them loaded and on their way. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just provide steel to the people who need it. It suits us well enough and we know the local roads like the back of our hands. We take things as they come and try to keep a steady pace.
