Nidhi Placements is run out of a spot in Bhaktisagar Society, which is near Vallabh Society on the Tarsali-Novino Road here in Vadodara. Hemaraj M. Prajapati is the one who keeps things moving at B1/52. It’s a home-grown sort of operation, honestly. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees; it’s more of a personal setup where we can actually talk to the people who call us. Tarsali is a nice part of town, mostly families and local shops, so it’s pretty quiet during the day except for the occasional scooter passing by. We spend our time checking through job listings and seeing who might be a good fit for what. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing things down in notebooks. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the papers, but we know where everything is. We don't have a website that’s updated every hour or a fancy marketing team. We just rely on people hearing about us from their friends or neighbors. If someone needs a job or a company needs a worker, they find their way to our door on Tarsali-Novino Road. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We like the fact that we can do our work right from our own neighborhood. It feels more direct that way, and we don't have to deal with the stress of a downtown office.
