Nexus Designs

Nexus Designs is located over in the Makarpura Gidc area. If you know where the Hanuman Temple is, we are just a short walk from there at 359/B/6. It's an industrial part of Vadodara, so things can get a bit noisy with the trucks and the workshops nearby, but we like it. We’ve been set up here for some time now, focusing on our design work. It’s a small space, mostly filled with sketches and some old folders. We don't have a big reception desk or someone to answer every single phone call immediately, because we are usually busy drawing or checking on things. People from around the Gidc stop by often. It’s a good community here in the 390014 zip code. We just do our work and try to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest design house in the city or anything. We just enjoy the process of making things look right on paper. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just part of the job. Most of our tools are a bit older, but they work fine for what we need. If you ever find yourself near the temple and need to talk about a design, you can just find our unit. It’s pretty quiet inside compared to the street. We’re just regular people working in a busy part of town. Sometimes the tea man comes by in the morning and that’s our favorite part of the day. It’s not a glamorous life in an industrial estate, but it’s ours. We have a lot of respect for the other businesses in Vadodara around us.
