New Era Staffing

New Era Staffing is basically run by us here in Baroda. If you are looking for our spot, you are looking for Sanesh George. It is not a huge office building with a glass front. It is more of a personal setup where we handle staffing stuff. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at files, trying to figure out who needs to go where. Baroda is a place with a lot of people looking for work, and companies always need help, so we stay pretty busy. We do not have a big fancy sign or anything like that. It is just a place where we do the work of connecting people. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we manage to find what we need. It is a straightforward business. We do not use any complex systems, just simple conversations and keeping track of names and jobs. Being in Baroda helps because we know the city well. We have been doing this for a bit now and it is just our daily routine. We wake up, come here, and see who we can help out. It is not glamorous work, but it fills the day. People sometimes find it hard to find us since the address is just a name and the city, but we are here. Just a regular staffing place doing regular work in the middle of town. We just keep at it.
