Rubamin Ltd.

Rubamin Ltd. operates across a few different spots in Gidc, including Plot No. 17, 85, 86/a, 86/b, 100, and 113. It’s a lot to keep track of, and we are constantly moving between the different buildings to see how things are going. Having multiple plots means we have enough space for different stages of our operations, which is necessary given how much work we have to handle. Gidc is a massive place, and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the plot numbers by heart. Our day starts early, checking in at one plot and then heading over to the others to coordinate the staff. There’s a lot of physical coordination involved in making sure everything across these locations is synchronized. We don’t have a single giant headquarters; we are spread out where the work is actually happening. It keeps us active and on the move. You’ll see our staff walking or biking between the plots throughout the day. It’s a very hands-on environment where people are busy all the time. We don’t use a lot of fancy corporate talk here because it just slows us down. We just discuss what needs to be moved, what needs to be processed, and what the plan is for tomorrow. It’s a complex setup but we’ve gotten used to the logistics of it. Each plot has its own character and its own set of daily tasks we have to finish.
