Mts Mobile Services is located in the Saptagiri Complex on Akota Road. We are directly across from the Gateway Taj Hotel, which is a big landmark that everyone knows. It’s a busy part of Vadodara, so there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by. We focus on fixing mobile phones and dealing with service issues. Our shop is a straightforward place with a counter and some chairs for people to wait. We see all kinds of phones every day, some old and some brand new. Often, it's a broken screen or a charging port that stopped working. We just take them in and see what can be done. It’s a small team here, just a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board. The shop gets a bit messy with cables and tools, but that’s just part of the job. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. It’s more like a local hangout where people come to get their tech problems solved. We’ve been in Akota for a while now and like the energy of this street. Sometimes it's loud with the horns outside, but we don't mind much. We just focus on the task at hand. If your phone is acting up, you can just drop it off and we will tell you when it might be ready to pick up again.
