Dharam Computers

Dharam Computers is on the ground floor, shop number 45, in the Procube Complex. We are right across from the Maruti Complex on Nizam Pura Road in Baroda. It is a busy part of town, so there is always someone walking past the window. The shop is a bit narrow, so we have to be careful with how we stack the monitor boxes so nobody trips. We get a lot of people from Nizam Pura coming in because their home computers are acting up or they need a cable they lost. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and testing parts one by one. I usually have tea at my desk while I'm working on a system, and the whole place has a bit of a lived-in feel. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Baroda, just a reliable one where you can get an answer. The Procube Complex is a good building, though the parking lot fills up way too fast in the mornings. Sometimes I have to go out and help a customer carry a heavy printer from their car because it is easier than watching them struggle. It is just a daily routine of fixing things and selling what we have in the glass cases. We don't have a marketing team; we just rely on people telling their neighbors that we did a decent job for them. That’s how things work best for us and we keep our doors open for anyone.
