Nilkanth Computer Care

We have been running Nilkanth Computer Care from Shop No. 7 for a good while now. Most folks know where we are because we sit right across from Shankar Packaging. If you see their big signs, you’re basically there. It’s not a big fancy place, just a regular shop with parts and tools scattered around the workbenches. Most days it’s pretty quiet until someone drops a laptop or their screen goes dark. Then things get busy. We spend a lot of time looking at motherboards and trying to figure out why things stopped working. The street outside can get a bit loud during the afternoons when the deliveries are coming in for the neighbors. It’s a bit dusty sometimes too, which isn’t great for electronics, so we are always cleaning the shelves. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know our way around a hard drive. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for people to stop by. Sometimes people just pop in to ask a quick question about a virus or a slow computer while they’re out doing their other errands. We keep the doors open and just get on with the repairs. There is usually a bit of tea going if it’s a slow morning. It’s just how we work here, nothing too complicated about it. We just fix what comes through the door and try to keep everything organized in the small space we have. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
