Moin G Saiyed

I’m located over on Alembic Road, near Mahatma Gandhi Road in the Camp area of Pune. It’s a lively part of town, and 106 is the pin code. My office is a small space where I handle my daily business as Moin G Saiyed. I’ve been in this spot for quite a few years now. You can usually find me behind the desk surrounded by stacks of files and various papers. I don't really have a big staff, it's mostly just me taking care of things. The walk to the office is nice, especially in the mornings before it gets too hot. I’ve known many of the neighbors for a long time. People drop in just to say hello sometimes. It’s not a corporate environment at all. The furniture is a bit old, but it’s comfortable enough for what I need. I do my work, answer my calls, and try to stay organized, even if my desk doesn't always show it. Living and working in Pune Camp has a specific rhythm to it. You get used to the sounds of the street and the local vendors outside. I don't use any fancy software to manage my life, just a pen and a diary mostly. It’s a quiet way to run a business. I just focus on the task in front of me and take it one day at a time. Some days are busier than others, but that is just how it goes when you work for yourself. I like the independence of it. You won't find any glossy brochures here.
