We are based at B/5 in Ganesh Nagar Society, on Ramakaka Road in Chhani. This part of Vadodara is a bit further out from the main city center, so it is a lot quieter here. The office is part of a residential society, which gives it a different feel than a commercial complex. We have set up our workspace inside, with desks and all the files we need. It is a very simple arrangement. There are no big signs or flashing lights outside. It is just a place where we come to work every morning. Most of the people we deal with are from this area or have been told about us by someone they know. We handle associate work, so there is a lot of sitting and focusing on details. Sometimes we take a break and step out into the society lane for some fresh air. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We don't have a dress code or anything formal like that. We just want to get the work done correctly. Because we are in Chhani, it's convenient for people who want to avoid the heavy traffic of central Vadodara. The office has a very home-like feel to it. We keep our own hours mostly, depending on how much work is on the table. It is a straightforward way of doing business without any of the corporate overhead or complicated procedures you find elsewhere. We like it this way.
